Sales, Logistics & AI Consulting in Saskatoon
Agricultural equipment dealers and agri-food processors run genuinely seasonal sales cycles, and most sales management theory assumes a flat quarter. Building a compensation plan and a coverage model that survives a compressed selling season is a specific problem, and it is one I have solved before.

Questions
Straight answers
Do you understand seasonal agricultural sales cycles?
Yes, the pattern where most of the year's revenue is decided in a narrow window and the rest of the year is relationship maintenance. It changes hiring, comp and pipeline management, and copying a flat-quarter model onto it fails predictably.
Is there export demand here worth representing?
Substantially, potash, pulses, grain and agricultural technology all move internationally. The gap is usually English-language account management on the buying side, which is exactly the representation service.
